Job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated Sales person to join our Kuwait team. In this role, you will be responsible for field sales activities, focusing on supporting our distributors and expanding our retail footprint in hardware and tool stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-ground sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and expand retail presence in hardware and tool stores. Identify and onboard new retail accounts (hardware stores, construction material retailers, etc.).
- Train and educate store staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including market insights, customer feedback, and progress updates.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- 1+ years of field sales or retail channel development experience, preferably in hardware, tools, construction materials, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in retail store development, dealer/distributor support, or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the responsible region.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle for work (travel expenses reimbursed).
- Working language:
English & Arabic.
