Job DescriptionThis is a Sales role located in Marunda Center at PT Indofresh. As a Sales Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key activities include handling inquiries, providing product knowledge, preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by building strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, and food service buyers
- Introduce and promote our premium imported fruit products
- Negotiate deals and contracts to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure smooth order processing and top-notch customer satisfaction
- Stay ahead of market trends to develop winning sales strategies
- Willing to work from office from Monday-Friday, and work from home on Saturday
- Go-getters who love sales and hitting targets
- Great communicators with strong negotiation skills
- Experienced professionals with 2+ years in FMCG sales (MT, GT, Horeca)
- Multi-language speakers (Hokkien/Hakka/Teochew) are a plus!
