Position: Partnerships Manager Hybrid Role
Drive impactful partnerships with Dialogue as a Partnerships Manager in a hybrid environment. This role focuses on acquiring new partners and managing existing relationships in the health and wellness sector.
As the Partnerships Manager at Dialogue, you will enhance partnerships impacting employee wellness by targeting new business growth and expanding current collaborations. Your success in this hybrid position hinges on a hunter mentality combined with a consultative approach. You will engage with insurance carriers and specialty partners to navigate complex, long sales cycles, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new partner opportunities across markets

• Execute outbound prospecting strategies multi-channel

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to agreement

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned partners

• Develop go-to-market plans with strategic partners
Requirements:

• 5+ years in partnerships or enterprise SaaS sales

• Track record of closing complex deals

• Experience with global partners preferred

• Proficiency in Salesforce and sales methodologies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
