As an entry level insurance sales agent with Bankers Life, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to:

• Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
• Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

Compensation:

• In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000.
• Full-time role with multiple compensation types; first-year entry level agents average $50,000 - $80,000.
• First-year agents can receive up to $19,000 in additional income via sales-matching programs.
• Experienced agents earning over $100,000+ commissions and bonuses.
