We’re looking for a confident and driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by goals, enjoys a fast-paced and relationship-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering results.
Whether you already have insurance experience or are looking to continue growing within the industry, we provide the support, training, and tools to help you succeed.
Base salary is $30,000 to $50,000, and average commissions and bonuses in your first year will be around $12,000 to $20,000.
Entry-level team members average around $50,000 in their first year, while top performers can earn $80,000+ annually through a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close sales opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and recommending personalized coverage options
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and current customers to generate new business, grow the agency, and build your book of business
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, renewals, and coverage updates
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver a positive client experience
- Property & Casualty license required
- Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
- Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology tools
