Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview

Sales Manager – Pulp and Paper Industry (USA Northeast). The role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to acquire and grow relationships with customers in the pulp and paper sector. The position may be carried out from a home office or an office seat in one of the company’s locations.

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to target and acquire customers within the Pulp and Paper Industry.
• Directly manage sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay aware of industry trends and competitive activities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical support and customized solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and deliver market insights and customer feedback to the product group and R&D to refine industry‑specific solutions.

• Extensive background and proven experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
• Strong sales mindset with the capability to work with customers at multiple levels.
• Seasoned experience working within a matrix organization, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and competence in an independent sales role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory; occasional support for other areas as required.
• Valid driver’s license.
