Join our Growing Business Development Center located at our office in South metro Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd). We offer a hybrid schedule option, working remote during some evenings and weekends.
Job OverviewWe are looking for Business Development Specialists to engage prospective customers, guide them through the early stages of the buying journey, and set up appointments for our Sales Design Consultants.
Responsibilities- Lead Management & Nurturing: respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and web inquiries.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls.
- Appointment Generation: schedule appointments for Sales Design Consultants.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: accurately update customer records, track lead progression and disposition status.

Experience:
provide exceptional service, product education, help navigate custom options, assist with larger builds, answer questions, educate on products, customization, and financing. - Build rapport and trust to create a positive first impression of the brand.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or retail sales is a plus.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence.
- Customer‑first mindset with consultative sales experience, preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and create urgency.
- Comfortable managing high call volumes in a performance‑driven environment.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, results‑oriented.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
