The Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.

Compensation
- Paid training: $16 USD/hour
- After training: $8 USD per booking
- Performance-based earnings with no cap
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
- Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
- Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
- Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with a proactive and goal‑oriented attitude
- Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- No prior sales experience required – training provided (entry‑level friendly)
Work Environment & Requirements
- 100% remote — work from anywhere

- Regular 90‑day performance and promotion reviews
- Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup
Schedule
Full‑time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays
