Senior Business Development Manager – North America

We are looking for a self‑motivated and results‑driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead all new business sales activity in the North American market, selling into Retail Tire Service Centers.

• Drive growth by meeting company and sales revenue targets through individual contribution and peer support.
• Oversee daily sales operations under the guidance of the Commercial Manager.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, presenting solutions and generating revenue.
• Identify and nurture relationships with key accounts and prospects, including C‑suite leadership.
• Support marketing in organising and leading exhibitions for sales success.
• Maintain ownership of the North American sales pipeline and deliver product presentations.
• Work with management to ensure customer success and evaluate performance.

• Proven senior‑level sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud‑based applications.
• Experience selling into the Tire Service Center market is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP and related software markets is preferable.
• Strong understanding of business processes (sales, marketing, finance, HR, procurement, operations).
• Track record of achieving sales and financial plans.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, delegation, and solution demonstration skills.
• Outstanding organisational, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• High level of analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, including C‑suite.
