What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking to closing and expanding client relationships.
  • Engage new clients across technology and professional services sectors, introducing Procom’s full range of workforce solutions.
  • Partner with our Recruitment team to deliver high‑quality candidate presentations that showcase the best fit for clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay agile and adapt to evolving market needs and client priorities with confidence and speed.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of professional IT staffing sales experience or 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven sales outcomes.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and proactively developing new client relationships through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team mindset with strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for connecting people and opportunity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
