Local First Arizona is looking for driven individuals to join them as Remote Benefits Advisors. This role offers the chance to work 100% remotely, with the ability to set your own schedule. Advisors will meet with clients from labor unions to discuss supplemental benefits, and will enjoy a lucrative earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 in their first year along with ongoing support and training.
No prior experience is needed, but candidates must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt are essential. This position promotes from within and offers union benefits including medical and dental coverage.
