Position Overview

Priority1 Inc. is now seeking transportation professionals for business-to-business product/service sales in Tuscaloosa. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want to have a career in sales.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new business (B2B door-to-door cold calling)
  • Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
  • Selling and setting up new accounts
  • Managing accounts
Training & Development

New Territory Managers will receive three weeks of corporate training in the first 24 months, with potential additional senior training and management training. All training takes place in Little Rock, AR. Managers also participate in a 3‑month in‑field Fast Start Program with upper management.

Requirements
  • 2 years of freight sales experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred; business, marketing, communication, or any major with passion for sales)
  • Involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • A burning desire to be successful
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, $500 monthly car allowance, reimbursement for gas receipts. Medical, dental, and vision insurance 100% paid for employee; HSA with employer contributions; life, short‑term and long‑term disability; 401(k) plan with employer profit sharing (15% of total eligible compensation); paid holidays and PTO; cancer, critical illness, and accident policies available.
