Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Development Representative located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additional tasks include collaborating with the sales team, preparing proposals, and driving initiatives to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation; ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with prospects and team members.
  • Experience in Business Development and Sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and solutions for clients.
  • Skill in using CRM tools and analytics to track performance and client interactions is a plus.
  • Ability to work both remotely and in-person as required by the hybrid nature of the role.
  • Familiarity with the property maintenance industry or related fields is a bonus.
