Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, high-performing Market Area Managers to accelerate our incredible growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will operate with autonomy while having a supportive team dedicated to your success. Your primary goal will be to uncover opportunities, win new business, increase market penetration, and ensure deals successfully reach the finish line.

  • New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont (Northeast)
  • Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas (Southeast)
  • Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado (Mountain/Southwest)
What You Will Be Doing
  • Exceeding Revenue Targets:
    Consistently beat monthly revenue targets and exceed opportunity pipeline goals.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Own and actively manage the opportunity pipeline, tracking all 30-60-90-day pipeline activities and utilizing our CRM to drive strategy and success
  • Business Development:
    Pursue leads generated from marketing campaigns and the company website
  • Sales Execution:
    Drive the adoption of Warr Cloud’s industry-changing solutions by hosting online meetings and conducting professional, in-dealership presentations.
  • Market Presence:
    Attend trade shows, conferences, and 20 Group Meetings as necessary to promote the Warr Cloud story.
  • Travel Expectation:
    Up to 50% travel
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be measured by your ability to drive growth through the following metrics:

  • Closed/Won metrics (Commissionable and uncapped)
  • Funnel management/30-60-90-day pipeline activities
  • Presentation and proposal volume
What You Bring
  • Motivation:
    Must be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Experience:

    A minimum of two years of proven experience in a Sales and/or Business Development role.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
  • Organization:
    Proven ability to manage multiple account projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Collaboration:

    An outgoing team player capable of working cross-functionally.
  • Technology Fluency:
    Experience utilizing CRM software and Google Workspace.
  • Preferred:
    SaaS/Software sales experience, particularly within the automotive industry.
