In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)

Local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. Pay: $20.05 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Full‑time schedule: 5 days/week, 12:05 pm to 9:00 pm.

Entry‑level role ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Meet customers in their homes, offices, or other locations to provide customer service and support.
• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach: serve by exceeding sales targets, solve by troubleshooting and resolving tech issues, sell by recommending tailored Asurion products.
• Apply knowledge of product offerings and conduct effective sales conversations.
• Apply strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Work independently in the field after completing paid training.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; minimum one year driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excludes Manhattan) and personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Personal cell phone available during work hours.
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Goal‑oriented, efficient, adaptable, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded, passionate learner able to work with customers on their own timeline.
• Comfortable working around household pets.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Early access to earned pay.
