Business Development Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a top performer for the Business Development team at Restoration 1. The role focuses on building customer relationships, drafting strategies, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Service first! Create and maintain relationships with customers to implement our service and maximize the customer’s experience.
  • Draft blueprints. Develop strategies, presentations, and materials to efficiently onboard customers.
  • Tell it like it is. Clearly and effectively communicate all aspects of the service to customers, while managing expectations.
  • Be supportive. Empathy is key; walk a mile in the customer’s shoes.
  • Manage risk. Effectively manage projects while identifying, communicating, and resolving issues.
  • Make friends. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are met while meeting internal objectives.
  • The dues. Extensive face‑to‑face customer experience.
  • The chops. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • The mojo. Must have ability to build rapport with clients in person, over the phone, or via other communication methods.
  • The details. Highly detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects and multi‑task in a large territory.
  • The tech. Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Extra credit. Experience with a CRM tool.
  • The MVP. Be highly competitive, positive, and results‑driven.
  • The extra mile. Be coachable, trainable, and have an outgoing personality.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience: 1 year required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Detail oriented, multi‑tasking ability.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; CRM experience a plus.
  • Ready to relocate to Frisco, TX and commute.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Job Type: Full‑time.
  • Pay: $32,000 – $150,000 per year.
  • Commission pay.
  • Paid time off.
  • Shift: 8‑hour shifts.
  • Hybrid remote work in Frisco, TX.
