Account Manager – responsible for developing account plans for small to mid‑size corporate accounts in the assigned territory (NY, NJ, PA). Products:
Legal Content & Software ().
- Develop account plans for new and existing corporate accounts, considering company revenue of less than $500M.
- Prospect new customers and expand business with existing customers, actively building a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date sales pipeline with 3–4× coverage of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead the full sales process from initial contact and account planning to deal closing and renewal.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Update Salesforce () regularly to record activities and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Conduct direct client meetings in person or via MSTeams.
- College degree preferred with at least 4 years of direct field sales experience, corporate sector experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling complex software solutions to companies with revenues under $500M using consultative, value‑based selling.
- Experience with high‑velocity sales, land‑and‑expand approaches, and selling to C‑level executives.
- Strong ability to identify business challenges and articulate the impact on the client if not addressed.
- Skilled at leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about prospecting and capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently.
- Ability to develop and execute an account plan.
- Willingness to work from a home office and travel to customer locations.
Target total cash compensation range: $136,500
USD–$253,500
USD.
