North American Sales Manager

Dynax America has been in business for over 30 years with a strong, well‑established customer base. The North America Sales Manager position is responsible for managing all sales activities of Dynax America, protecting and strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, customer negotiations and conflict resolution, and providing technical support to customers. You will manage a small sales team servicing our North American customer base while also representing Dynax America’s international affiliates in North America.

The position is based in the Roanoke Plant and requires up to 20% travel to local North American customers and global Dynax locations. Remote work may be considered for the ideal candidate.

• Manage all sales activities for Dynax America.
• Protect and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts with customers.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Lead a small sales team and represent the company in North America.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier 1 OEM automotive supplier or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated success in a previous sales position in the auto industry is required.
