Position: Channel Manager – Anchors & Fasteners - Remote Based

Channel Manager – Anchors & Fasteners (Remote, United States)

As a Channel Manager, you will be part of our Channel Marketing team working remotely within the U.S. Your responsibilities include:

  • Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans.
  • Own profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans for Anchors and Fasteners within the C&I channel.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams (Product, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance) to develop strategic initiatives.
  • Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies to buyers and execute market communication plans and new product launches.
  • Interface with Brand Marketing to produce point‑of‑purchase materials.
  • Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes.
  • Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance to manage listings, maximize sales and profitability through mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing actions.
  • Provide technical sales field support – submittals, standardized training decks, competitive cross references.
  • Support third‑party sales representative agencies, including commission reports, performance updates, and inventory/warehouse coordination for order fulfillment.
  • Make sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, informed by a holistic understanding of channel P&L.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of product, sales and/or marketing experience within the retail space with a record of sales growth and margin accretion.
  • Effective project management skills and strong interpersonal, conflict‑management, verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Solid analytical skills with an understanding of key business and financial metrics (Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, etc.).
  • Can‑do mindset with a passion for problem‑solving and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, multi‑tasking ability, and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Sales Force, SAP, BW, Ariba is a plus.
