Job Description- Build and manage a robust pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise prospects, utilizing targeted outbound prospecting, cold calling, Linked In, and email sequencing to book high‑quality discovery calls.
- Deeply analyze target accounts within financial services—such as asset managers and fund administrators—to map key stakeholders, identify operational pain points, and craft personalized, high‑impact outreach that resonates with C‑level decision‑makers.
- Drive pipeline efficiency through collaboration and technology: partner directly with the founder and sales leadership to refine strategy and prospect handoffs, while leveraging advanced AI sales tools to research accounts and automate workflows for maximum efficiency.
- 1‑2+ years of demonstrated business development success in a B2B environment, ideally SaaS or Finance.
- Proactive self‑starter who builds their own target lists and sequences, exercises autonomy, and thrives in an early‑stage, remote environment without the need for micromanagement.
- Clear communication skills capable of engaging C‑level stakeholders (CFOs/COOs) on complex operational topics, with a strong interest in financial services and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation tools to drive efficiency.
Fully remote position; candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone to accommodate working with European leadership. Ideal locations include New York, NY or Boston, MA.
CompensationBase Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Total Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000
