Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential healthcare clients through Linked In, industry networks, and referrals
Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting our platform's geofenced check-ins, shift management, and team communication features
Develop tailored proposals addressing each healthcare organization's specific operational challenges
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing and handoff to implementation
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth
Stay current on healthcare industry trends and challenges to effectively position our solutions
Collaborate with our product team to communicate market feedback and client requirements
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline forecasts
Represent Provera Care at virtual and in-person healthcare industry events when appropriate
Qualifications 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrable results
Experience selling to healthcare organizations or home care providers preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
Strong understanding of healthcare staffing challenges and operations management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
Experience with CRM systems and virtual sales processes
Comfort with working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience
Located in Canada with ability to travel occasionally when needed
