Become an MRO Sales Manager with Voyageur Aviation Corp., focusing on customer relationships and sales strategies.

In this position, you will report to the MRO Sales Director and utilize your extensive MRO sales experience to manage client interactions effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Propose innovative sales strategies and campaigns
• Utilize Linked In for social media outreach
• Monitor tender sites for RFI/RFQ opportunities
• Negotiate effectively to achieve positive agreements
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of MRO sales experience
• Degree in an aviation or marketing field
• Competency in CRM and forecasting software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must have the legal right to work in Canada
