Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Globe Life American Income Division: AO Organization. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client goals. This position includes tasks such as conducting presentations, managing client accounts, following up with potential leads, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Representatives will also provide outstanding customer support to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
Skills in Sales, Communication, and Customer Service
Ability to Handle Presentations and Client Account Management
Proficiency in Time Management, Goal Setting, and Organizational Skills
Familiarity with CRM Systems and Sales Tools is a plus
Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is highly beneficial
