Strategic National Sales Manager Remote

In this leadership position, you will report to the C&I A Americas International Marketing & Sales Director, driving strategic sales growth across Canada. A proven track record in sales management is essential as you recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and market share growth in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute national sales strategies for optimal revenue generation

• Identify business opportunities through market analysis

• Provide coaching to territory sales representatives

• Collaborate with marketing for effective campaigns

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field

• 10+ years of industry sales experience

• Minimum 5 years leading sales teams

• Demonstrated ability to grow market share

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
