About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for the leading AI company. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer centric approach are critical.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
Job Requirements:
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
Self-prospecting capabilities
Revenue/target-driven mindset
Experience managing or using databases
Preferred Qualifications
Consultative selling skills
Client-facing product knowledge
Experience with high-potential clients
Understanding of ad tech or AI platforms

Salary: 56,000 CAD - 79,250 CAD / year

Schedule
Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Location
Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary locations: 250 University Avenu Toronto, 75 Eglinton, & The Well, Downtown Toronto
Hybrid setup, 4 weeks of product training will be on-site.
