- Ability to understand and articulate core IT concepts such as managed services, cloud solutions, networks, and cybersecurity to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills, with a consultative approach to working with clients across multiple industries.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear proposals, quotes, and client-facing documentation.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling managed IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions is strongly preferred; knowledge of the GTA and Hamilton business market is an asset.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model that includes client site visits in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area as well as remote work from home.
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, IT, or a related field is an asset; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
