CompensationThe base compensation is $125,000. This role is also eligible to earn variable / commission with total target compensation (base plus variable/commission) of $200,000.
Job DescriptionAs the Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. You will work with customers to ensure they are extremely successful with Heartflow’s non‑invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. Your primary focus is driving adoption through the network of referring physicians, supporting, educating and providing solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This customer‑facing role involves spending time with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and beyond.
Expect approximately 20‑25% travel from a home office.
- Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFR CT clinical pathway. Develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration throughout the organization, coordinating with Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development and Clinical teams.
- Increase Heartflow usage within designated key accounts by:
- Maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and other key clinical stakeholders.
- Educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with MDs.
- Promoting and championing Heartflow to build advocacy.
- Performance is evaluated based on meeting or exceeding quota for strategic accounts, cCTA growth (conversion of non‑invasive tests), and FFR CT penetration/case growth over baseline.
- Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement.
- Account development experience—building and supporting strong clinical programs is preferred.
- Clinical and technical proficiency; quick learner capable of grasping new clinical/technical information and disseminating it to customers.
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, cardiologists, referring physician practices, hospital marketing, and strategic personnel.
- Cross‑functional coordination to support focused customers and execute program development plans.
- Customer‑focused mentality.
- Ability to explain medical technologies to referring physicians and health care professionals.
- Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to initiate, organize and complete projects.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability, especially under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a cross‑functional team environment.
- Effective communication skills and professional etiquette.
- Experience with or similar CRM.
