We’re looking for a sales-minded communicator who’s passionate about the performing arts and excited to help people find their perfect fit at Broadway Rise.

As our Enrollment Specialist, you’ll focus on promoting and enrolling students into four key areas:

• Adult Theater Classes (Acting, Improv, Musical Theater)
• Early Childhood Performing Arts
• Summer Theater Camps
• Fall Theater Programs

This is a remote, commission-based position— ideal for someone confident on the phone, organized in follow-up, and excited by the idea of making a meaningful impact and income.

• Connect with parents and adults who’ve expressed interest (leads provided!)
• Match families/students with the right class or program
• Book trial classes and guide clients through enrollment
• Track conversations and progress in our CRM (Go High Level )
• Follow up with heart, professionalism, and persistence

• Sales or enrollment experience (especially in education, camps, or performing arts)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• CRM experience a plus (Go High Level  or similar)
• Theater background or love of the arts? Huge bonus.

• Commission-only to start, with the following structure:
• $100 per Summer Camp enrollment
• $40–$75 per full-season class enrollment
• $10–$15 per adult trial class booking
• Potential to move into a base + commission role as we grow
• Leads and messaging support provided
