Retail Sales Lead – Hamilton, OH
We are recruiting a Retail Sales Lead to collaborate with retail partners, expand territory, and promote our brands. This field role requires on-base presence in retail stores within the Hamilton, OH area.
Job Highlights- Residency required in the Hamilton, OH center (Fairfield, West Chester, Middletown, Springdale, Trenton).
- Full‑time remote position with field travel.
- Salaried with quarterly bonus opportunity.
- Monthly cell‑phone stipend.
- Fleet program option: company car with insurance and gas card, or vehicle reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
- Sell, negotiate, and execute business plans, partnering with key decision makers in store accounts.
- Drive results by meeting key metrics such as POS, budget, call coverage, and maintaining a “perfect shelf” strategy.
- Build relationships with retail partners, implementing creative ideas and solutions to overcome roadblocks.
- Prior retail sales experience or a desire to launch a career in retail sales.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past 36 months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with all management levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, self‑discipline, initiative, and drive.
- Customer‑centric problem‑solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market data.
- Highly organized, efficient, strong time‑management, and independent work capability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and sales platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Curiosity and strong desire to learn.
Salary Range: $52,080 – $65,100 (base pay determined by role, level, and experience).

Essential functions:
