This is a full-time remote role for a Florida Permit Expediting Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, showcasing the value of 1 Contractor Solutions' services, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently.

• Strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, builders, developers and property managers
• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client communication, and closing deals
• Knowledge of construction permitting processes and local Florida regulations is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through clear, transparent communication
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and standard office software applications
• Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a remote work environment
• Experience in the construction or permitting industry is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, construction management, or a related field is preferred
