Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Anderson, South Carolina, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional day-to-day tasks include training clients or team members on products or services, managing sales processes, and contributing to the overall growth and development of sales strategies.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Training and guiding clients or team members on products or services
• Proficiency in Sales Management, including managing pipelines, forecasting, and developing strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the mechanical services industry is a plus
