Join the elite team at Insight Enterprises as a Senior Partner Specialist. You will manage and represent the gross profit goals of Intelisys, collaborating closely with sales teams and manufacturing partners to drive growth, maintain partner relationships, and support customer success.

Location: Office-based work preferred in Arizona, Texas, Illinois, or Arkansas. Remote work may be considered from other locations.

Compensation: Base salary $60K–$70K plus up to $10K bonus potential.

• Collaborate with sales teams and partners on client opportunities, managing GP goals, sales pipelines, order tracking, and promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer sales teams, product managers, and purchasing teams to ensure effective programs and tools.
• Prepare and deliver product and sales training to Insight sales teams and coordinate partner-sponsored events.
• Maintain expertise in manufacturer products, programs, and competitive solutions, applying this knowledge in trainings, presentations, and events.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year university or 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Technology Services Distributor experience, preferably Intelisys.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
