As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Circle Logistics for your customers—managing your own book of business while working within a supportive team environment. This role is all about growth, relationships, and impact.
- Build, grow, and own your portfolio of accounts and carriers
- Create solutions that drive long-term customer partnerships
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure on-time delivery
- Operate with independence—managing shipments, solving problems, and protecting our “No Fail” reputation
- Strategize with your team on pricing and account expansion
- Be the go-to partner for customers, offering insights and results that keep their supply chain running smoothly
- 3–5 years of logistics/account management experience
- Proven ability to grow accounts and manage complex relationships
- Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM systems, Google Drive, and Excel (pivots, vlookups)
- A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A leader in the making—ready to take the next step toward branch management
