About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Services Sales Lead to drive the growth of our Salesforce professional services business in the Dubai (UAE) region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Digital Experience Management and Content Management Platforms (DXP) and a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales. This client-facing, quota-carrying role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing Salesforce-related service opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services (implementation, consulting, integration, managed services).
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors such as travel and tourism, hospitality, real estate, public sector, telco, banking, retail, etc.
- Leverage an existing network to generate new Salesforce deals in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
- Collaborate with strategy, delivery, and technical teams to craft winning proposals and solutions.
- Partner with Salesforce account executives and alliances to develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute them with marketing teams.
- Own sales forecasts, pipeline development, and deal closure targets in the UAE market.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and competitor developments, providing a strong value proposition for Salesforce.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, DXP platforms, or consulting service sales, with at least 2+ years in DXP-related offerings.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, their business value, and competitor positioning.
- Deep knowledge of the UAE market and a robust network in enterprise and/or government sectors.
- Deep understanding of UAE business culture and decision-making processes.
- Arabic fluency preferred;
English proficiency required. - Experience working with or within DXP partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and build C-level relationships.
- Strong deal-closing skills and strategic sales pursuit leadership.
- Background in consulting or advisory roles within the digital transformation space.
- Consultative seller who can understand customer pain points and build solutions around Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-driven, able to work independently or as part of a global team.
