The Online Sales Intern is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Singapore. This position supports the growth of online sales channels by managing product listings, updating pricing and promotions, and ensuring accurate product information across e‑commerce platforms. The intern will respond to online customer inquiries, provide basic product guidance, and escalates complex requests when needed. Daily tasks include assisting with online marketing campaigns, tracking sales performance, preparing simple reports, and processing and fulfillment of orders.
The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques, participating in product training, and supporting ad‑hoc projects to improve the online customer experience. There are also promotional sales involved in bricks and mortar such as events and specialized retail stores (duty free).
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally through email, chat, and phone.
- Interest or foundational skills in sales and online marketing, especially within e‑commerce or digital retail environments.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training related to products, sales techniques, and online platforms.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with online tools and dashboards.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work on‑site in Singapore and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in beverages, hospitality, or the bar industry is an advantage.
