We are seeking a dynamic Permanent Outside Sales/Account Manager to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who is excited about leading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the HVAC industry.
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Keep abreast of emerging market trends and industry developments.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and sales performance tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional presentation and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
