Digital Sales Representative

Job Description

Digital Sales Representative – we are looking for a motivated self‑starter who can handle a high‑velocity sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience. In this role you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to informed buyers, engaging with prospective and existing customers across the journey. You will be one of the founding members of a new, fast‑growing Digital Inside Sales team, working primarily from Mexico City or Mexico State, with travel to a Zendesk office required throughout training and thereafter a hybrid schedule.

• Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through phone, Zoom, chat, and email.
• Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
• Become an expert on Zendesk products and remain the voice of our customers, understanding their needs and advocating for them.
• Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.
• Meet a shared revenue target and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis.

• Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
• Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution.
• Work in‑office 4 days per week during the hybrid schedule; must be physically located in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de México).

• Hybrid work arrangement: onsite 4 days per week during training; thereafter a flexible hybrid schedule with occasional remote work.
• Must be located in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de México) to fulfill onsite obligations.
• Travel to a Zendesk office is required throughout the training period.
