Online Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Direct management of web leads and offer prompt follow up (via phone, email & text) with your region's online inquiries to help achieve NVR’s sales plans.
• Utilize the systems and tools provided to update customer details and preferences.
• Be knowledgeable on all active and upcoming communities to effectively identify the best community to meet the customers’ needs.
• Pre-qualify and assess needs of all customers to match them with appropriate NVR communities.
• Remain knowledgeable on product availability and general pricing to clearly communicate to the customers.
• Create an exceptional customer experience.
• Set sales appointments for customers with community based sales team.
• Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams regarding web lead quality and trends identified through the follow up process.
• Visit communities periodically to foster collaboration with the sales team and to gain valuable trends and insights to improve our customer experience and lead conversion
• This position will require working evening hours and weekend hours. This is a 40 hour a week position.

• 2 years experience in lead management or sales
• Strong planning & organizational skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong computer skills & working knowledge of lead management systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
