Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
• Build lasting relationships with travel agents and customers
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs
• Conclude sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of Aurora Expeditions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in travel sales and customer service
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in tourism or sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience with travel reservations systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
