This is a full-time, hybrid Wholesale Representative role based in Westport, MA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Wholesale Representative will manage and grow relationships with dispensaries and other wholesale customers, serving as a primary point of contact for product information, pricing, and availability. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits, preparing quotes, and processing wholesale orders accurately and on time.
The role will also track sales performance, monitor inventory levels, coordinate with cultivation and operations teams, and support account onboarding and product education. The Wholesale Representative will maintain a strong understanding of Coastal Healing’s product line, uphold compliance with state regulations, and contribute feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Wholesale experience, ideally in cannabis, CPG, or a related regulated industry.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic CRM or sales tracking tools and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements related to wholesale operations.
- Comfort with occasional travel to customer locations, industry events, and the Westport, MA facility as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
