Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Overview

SERVPRO Property Restoration is looking to add a valuable member to our team.

Promote and sell Franchise services in the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by identifying new prospects and cultivate relationships and chasing jobs where a property loss might have occurred. Use SERVPRO®'s Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits.

Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met.

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector.
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Willing to provide three professional references.
• Willing to participate in a phone interview.
• Available to start a new opportunity.
• Years of sales experience (minimum requirements).
• Outside sales experience (minimum required years).
• Highest level of education.
• At least 18 years old.
• Proximity to city of application.
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
• Years of experience in the restoration industry.

This is a full-time position working varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent on business needs. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Our warehouse is located in Simi Valley, CA.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $ per year.
