About the Role:

The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX territory. The role focuses on customer success, retention, growth, and acquiring new business.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on ongoing success, retention, growth, and net new business.
  • Sell products and services to existing customers and pursue new opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships by visiting assigned customers within the geographic territory.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on appropriate products and services.
  • Execute sales strategy, identify and close upsell opportunities, and drive new business acquisition.
  • Prepare reports and key information to communicate value to customers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in retention and sales techniques, and Cars Commerce products and services.
  • Travel at least 75% within the assigned territory for face‑to‑face visits.
  • Partner across selling and servicing roles to ensure maximum customer value of the platform.
Qualifications
  • Excellent planning and solutions selling experience.
  • Motivated and comfortable working remotely and in the field.
  • Ability to conduct in‑depth sales presentations including product demos highlighting benefits, ROI, and solution value.
  • Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the automotive space or digital marketplace (ideal).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship building skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • 2‑5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Consistent quota attainment track record with a desire to win.
  • Experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders.
Compensation

Total Target Compensation Range: $ - $ (base salary + variable).
