What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve deployed sales for data center cooling products across North America while working remotely
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
  • Provide regular updates on new business opportunities and sales pipeline status
  • Drive pricing strategies to maintain margins while ensuring profitability objectives are met
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, with at least 2 years in business development in the Data Center sector
  • Understanding of Data Center infrastructure products, specifically cooling technology and solutions
  • Experience with  or a similar CRM program
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time and hold a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a sales environment
  • Experience in selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to diverse customers
  • Strong research skills to define and quantify opportunities based on customer insights
