What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Grow net new and expansion of risk adjustment and quality solutions while targeting key growth areas
  • Ensure strategic collaboration with Business Units and matrix partners to enhance client experience
  • Oversee joint strategic account planning and business reviews to meet client needs
  • Develop long‑term relationships with assigned clients and connect with key business executives
  • Provide accurate pipeline and forecast reports to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales with proven relationship development with Payer clients
  • Significant experience with Salesforce CRM management
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles at a strategic level
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customers and drive revenue growth
  • Willingness or ability to travel up to 50%
