We are seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover the Western Kentucky region
.
As a sales representative you will work independently, growing your market and providing quality service and reliability to customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, expanding sales and growing your overall accounts. Treat your territory as your own business, use your follow‑up skills, and help us become the company of choice for our customers.
Geographical Familiarity: Familiarity with the Western Kentucky area will give you an advantage. Hundreds of established accounts already exist, and the expected major growth makes success highly attainable.
Primary Operating Region: Columbia, KY;
Bowling Green, KY;
Hopkinsville, KY;
Paducah, KY;
Owensboro, KY;
Campbellsville, KY.
Established Customer Base: You will inherit hundreds of active customers worth millions, so you won’t have to start from scratch. The goal is to grow business in the territory and gradually add new customers.
Nearest Distribution Center: 105 Fieldview Dr., Versailles, KY 40383.
Customer Types: Millwork fabricators, architectural and design firms, cabinetmakers, kitchen & bath showrooms, wood shops.

Cabinetry and hardware, PPE, synthetic countertops, plywood/laminates, finishes/coatings, adhesives, fasteners, abrasives, sinks, lighting, machinery, hand tools, and power tools.

- Hands‑on training and professional development will be provided, including visits to headquarters, product training, shadowing experienced reps, and one‑on‑one training with Sales Managers
- Independent market growth strategy, handling current accounts, and expanding sales
- Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in woodworking or industrial/distribution sectors
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
