The Assurance Group () is looking for the right person to fill a consultative health and life insurance representative position. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and enjoys helping people.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply,
no experience is necessary. In many cases we prefer people coming from other industries.
We have found success training individuals from industries such as bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers and former military to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities). We are focusing heavily on this direction.

Please note that while all leads and training are provided at no cost, this is a 100% commission 1099 role with a pathway to W-2. We invest heavily in new agents but there is no base salary. Although we operate from a home office, we meet clients in person for appointments. This is not a 100% remote role.

Job Requirements:
- Must be teachable
- Must be self-motivated (commission sales role)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health License
- Must have reliable transportation (we meet clients in person)
- Must be good with people
