Life/Health Insurance Position – State Farm Agent Team Member

Full-Time (Hybrid – US). Part‑time available after initial training.

Jim Rottkamp State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced, sales‑driven Life Insurance Specialist to build relationships, conduct financial protection conversations, and help families make confident decisions about their future. The role transitions to a hybrid schedule after training.

• Active Life & Health insurance license
• Proven experience selling life insurance products
• History of meeting or exceeding production goals
• Strong understanding of life insurance concepts and needs‑based selling
• Experience using CRM or agency management systems

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow‑up, and relationship building.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify life and health insurance opportunities.
• Quote, present, and close life insurance solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options in a clear, consultative manner.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify additional protection opportunities.
• Assist customers with policy changes, claims support, and ongoing service needs.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent follow‑up to achieve production goals.
• Build long‑term client relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
