Salary $120,000-$150,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE: $200K+)

Our client is a global technology organization delivering data-driven solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with an established presence across 40+ countries. As they expand into the United States, they are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive to serve as a foundational commercial hire and play a key role in building their US market presence. This is a unique opportunity for a confident, entrepreneurial sales professional to build a territory from the ground up.
Working closely with leadership, product, and sales engineering, this individual will drive new business while helping shape go‑to‑market strategy in a highly competitive landscape. We are seeking someone who is well‑networked within the pharmaceutical industry and thrives on establishing long‑term, consultative business relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self‑directed seller who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, excels at opening doors, and is motivated by the opportunity to create and scale something new.
- Identify, prospect, and engage pharmaceutical organizations with field‑based commercial teams
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs and business objectives
- Partner with Sales Engineering on technical validation and solution design
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Operations, and Digital teams
- Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles within pharmaceutical organizations
- Support contract negotiations and procurement processes
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Provide structured market feedback to inform product and go‑to‑market strategy
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience required
- Proven success selling CRM, SFA, or other workflow‑driven/commercial technology solutions required
- Experience selling into mid‑market to enterprise pharmaceutical organizations required
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals required
