This full-time remote position reports to a Regional Sales Director and is designed for those with a strong background in educational technology sales. You will guide a team of educational sales consultants while developing metrics to improve strategy and meet revenue targets, along with managing your own territory’s sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies to drive growth
• Mentor and lead a team of sales consultants
• Establish an independent sales pipeline in your territory
• Understand and meet K-12 customer requirements
• Forecast and manage the sales budget effectively
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Education or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in K-12 sales
• Prior experience in sales management preferred
• Proficient with web-based sales technologies
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
