The Account Executive/Regional Sales Manager at Vena is essential in achieving sales quota and improving effectiveness in your designated Territory. This full-time role offers flexibility to work from your home or the Toronto office. You'll engage with prospects and existing clients while driving local sales initiatives and aligning with teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive sales execution in your Territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies for your clients
• Maintain accurate reporting and sales metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance revenue
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in similar RSM roles with proven sales track record
• 5+ years total experience in quota-carrying sales roles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of Finance Processes and Accounting principles
Drive sales performance, develop client relationships, and make an impact with Vena's financial solutions.
